I carried out my formation in Brussels at École LASSAAD (International School of Theatre) for two years to achieve a diploma in Physical Theatre.

The classes explored:

Movement: Body Awareness and Presence, Movement Analysis, Voice and Singing, Rhythm, Acrobatic Movement, Movement Sequencing.

Play: Silent or spoken improvisation, Character development.

Interpretation: Creation of scenes on imposed themes related to the program for weekly performances (Or, Autocours)

We also traversed the different areas of; Clown, Bouffon, Masks, Tragedy, Mime, and Object Manipulation among a gamete of many others.

Afterwards, I deepened my acting practice by enrolling on multiple retreats and workshops with Steph Morgan from Both Feet.  Her approach utilizes the prominent acting techniques from Meisner and infuses them with Neurolinguistic Neuroscience (NLP) and her knowledge of Multiple Brain Integration Technique (mBIT).  These help flourish actors' self-awareness and connection, in order to enter easily into raw and vulnerable states when it is required - and to put them down safely when it is not.

Alongside this, I am a Yoga and Meditation teacher (Yoga Alliance Certified), longtime practitioner of Muai Thai and Latin Dance (Salsa & Bachata), as well as an avid cold water swimmer.

All of these continuing cultivated experiences provide me with an athletic and flexible body, connected and present.  Creating this strong base allows me to project a wide-range of stories: from subtle and tender moments, to explosive and dynamic performances - all embodied in a truthful way.

This is precisely the theatre I wish to create: stories about the human condition that viscerally affect.
